Several unique features with the giant shower deck and fish cleaning area for our angler guests, Beachside deck and enclosed dog run area. The beachside Hot tub is an option, If selected, each guest will get a fresh clean refill. If not selected it will be empty and unplugged. If your preferred week is already booked, please check out my other beachfront properties, Sandpiper Landing and Comes A Time have a nearly identical footprint as Boardwalk and are next to each other. If you need a tad more space we have Pelican’s Landing, a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom just 1 mile north.
Reservation Requirements:
Primary renter minimum age is 25
There is a 3 day minimum stay between November and March, and a 1 week minimum stay from late March – November. Check-in is on Saturday 4:00 PM, check out is Saturday by 10:00 AM. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year Weeks are also a minimum 7 day stay.
